Hi Anna, thanks for posting again so soon ❤ I was wondering how do you like the Innersense leave in compared to the Calia Naturals leave in? I've tried both and like both but found the Innersense had a strong smell that I wasn't totally keen on
Honestly it’s hard to say right now, they are so different in terms of consistency. I do like the smell of both, but I think the Calia one is just more suited for my hair type. Thank you for watching!

Ayyyy it’s been a while!
Hey Anna! I have a question for you, do you know if it’s normal that some baby hair/new hair growing up fall? I started to take care of my hair following your tips and tips of others people, I have a lot of baby hair on my scalp and I’m so happy, but the fact that I see some growing hair falling out make me so sad hahaha Idk if I do too much massage (I use the HairRave massage twice a day + my brush from the innate life as normal daily brushing) If I oil too much (twice a week) My scalp is dry and itchy types Let me know if it’s normal Thank you 🥰
I'm not Anna so no expert lol, but the only thing that maybe I'd guess is maybe massaging with a massager twice a day is too aggressive? Sometimes I worry machines are too aggressive and pulls up more than needed. That's just my opinion though. If it's minimal you probably don't need to worry and could chalk it up to seasonal shedding. Best of luck!
Also oils like castor oil I feel like can sometimes be too thick and bring up hair so be careful with what oils you're using too. Once again good luck!

Thanks lovely! I really liked the Bkind shampoo bar. It worked so well on my hair, and I used the one for thin, dry hair. It didn’t leave any build up or residue on my hair at all, it always removed any scalp treatments I used, and it didn’t dry my hair out at all. I really want to try out their other ones!

Thank you for the update. I found the nettle rinse too drying for my hair and irritating to my scalp but I am drinking up the nettle tea that I bought, mixed w peppermint tea as you suggested. It's pretty refreshing iced.

Do you have any tips to stop a lot of breakage to the underside of your hair like at the nape of your neck??
I always get breakage there too! Esp in the winter. Wearing my hair up when I’m wearing a sweater or hoodie with a collar or anything that can cause friction in that area. Try to be really gentle when brushing and don’t neglect that area when applying scalp treatments and masks/conditioner. Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase helps too because it reduces friction. I do all of these things and still get some breakage there, don’t try not to stress too much over it! It’s very common

So I can't seem to grow my hair if i trim it at all. I have been getting a trim once a year which leads me back all over again. I've been at shoulder length for 4 years now. I am taking a new method. I'm just not cutting. I'm going to see it that helps. i think also if I decide to 'trim' it, will be, myself trimming. I think all my hairdressers have cut off any progress.
You could also try the search and destroy method, just cutting off individual split ends at home so you’re not losing any length and still getting rid of splits when they pop up
@@OrganicallyAnna yes I might jut do that. I had a very terrible experience 4 years ago with a cut. I had really long hair but I wanted a change. I was obsessed with pinterest and I had made up my mind to have a modern fresh cut. It was supposed to be a fresh just above the shoulders cut. I knew it was going to be short but what happened at the hairdressers still didn't make sense. The hairdresser had just come back after having a baby. I showed her the pinterest pictures and even pulled my hair up to the length to describe. She then says, oh yes everyone has been wanting short lately, I just did one the other day. She then pulls out her phone and shows me a picture of her client with virtually a shaved head and just a tiny bit on top (think pixie). I laughed and said, no not like that at all. She then says, oh no I understand. The next minute her husband comes in with her baby. She gets distracted and just wants to hug her baby. Then she comes back to me and picks up the scissors and starts cutting close to my head. I say, um, your not going too short are you and she says..uh yeah, you asked for that too late now. i froze. She cut off all my hair. i went back to the car and was in shock. I never complained or said anything. Now I am too scared to go to a hairdresser.

Yes! I find it way easier to use loose leaf nettle tea, but you can make the same rinse with tea bags if that’s all you can find

It doesn’t really make my scalp feel tingly but it does feel cooling if that makes sense
My approach for my hair fall control. I mixed 4-5 drops of rosemary oil in my liitllleextra coocoonnion shampoo during application and I kept on doing this for about 3-4 months and I noticed my hair fall reduced so much.
I've been trying various products for my hair, and I added cocoonioon shampoo and the reaktivate serum to the mix. The changes are promising so far.

This is so useful for me as I've been confused as to how to incorporate both flaxseed and scalp oiling at the same time, like I'd be worried that the oil doesn't penetrate well after the flax, or if the hair becomes too fragile to massage in with the combo.
